Bruce is a seasoned hospitality executive with 25+ years of experience developing, acquiring, and operating hotels across Texas and beyond. His expertise spans the full investment lifecycle — from ground-up construction to strategic acquisitions and asset repositioning — consistently creating enhanced value for stakeholders. Over his career, he has owned and operated properties under some of the industry's most respected brands, including Marriott and IHG, where he maintains an active presence today, as well as Hilton and Choice Hotels earlier in his portfolio.

A recognized industry leader, Bruce served as AAHOA Chairman (2016–2017), representing the interests of over 20,000 hotel owners nationwide. He has delivered more than 500 speeches at major industry conferences and events over the past two decades and has been featured in numerous trade publications and media outlets, cementing his reputation as a trusted voice in hospitality.

Beyond his business accomplishments, Bruce is deeply committed to community impact, actively supporting multiple non-profit organizations and causes he believes in.

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
